The Plan

As the TBDR leadership considers the future, it has become evident that a home is needed. Plans include the construction of a “Tennessee Baptist Missions Mobilization Center” that will include two connected buildings, providing a total of 30,000 square feet (20,000 and 10,000). The Center will be located on an 18 acre tract of land in Mt. Juliet, TN that has been generously given by Don and Ann Davis.

The larger building will serve as a much needed warehouse for the storage of equipment and goods. The smaller building will be designed as a training facility. In addition it will provide a temporary facility for new church starts meeting the needs of the growing population of the Metro Nashville population. These facilities will also serve as a staging area for volunteers across the nation.

The Center will support furthering the mission of disaster relief, volunteer missions, and the total ministry of Tennessee Baptist churches.
